        We'll meet you at the site and walk you through a careful evaluation of the site, the building exterior, roof, siding, foundation, structure, electric,  plumbing, heating, air conditioning, insulation, stairs, windows, doors, cabinets, decks, porches, fences, garage,  drainage,  even built-in appliances. 

We will then provide you with a digital, full color report which documents and summarizes our findings.
